Please take some time to read through my TOS! When it comes time for me (The Artist) to start on your project, you (Client) will be on the same page.
Terms of Service Agreement
This agreement is between the Artist (BigLittleV) and the Client for creative services performed on a project (hereafter referred to as “the Work”).Content
The Artist reserves the right to refuse any project or request based on discretion, comfort, or ability.
Content that will not be accepted includes, but is not limited to:Copying or heavily imitating another artist’s style
Hateful themesThe Artist guarantees that all Work will be original and created to the best of their ability.
If you are unsure about whether your request is acceptable, please ask before commissioning.Timeline & Process
Typical completion time for a commission averages around 3 months, but may extend up to or beyond a year depending on:The type and complexity of the WorkCurrent workload, life events, or school scheduleDeadlines are followed in good faith, but delays may occur. Please plan any related launches or streams with this flexibility in mind.There are up to 4 major revisions allowed during the process (excluding corrections for artist errors).
Once the line art stage is complete, only minor adjustments will be accepted.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount, or any that significantly alter progress, may require an additional charge and affect the timeline.Revisions requested more than 2 months after final delivery will not be accepted.Delivery OptionsFinal files will be sent through one of the following, as preferred by the Client:Google DriveDropboxDiscord DMsTwitter DMsEmailPlease specify your preferred delivery method at the start of the project.CommunicationRegular communication will occur throughout the project. The Artist will:Provide updates when major milestones are reachedRequest feedback at key stagesInform the Client promptly if delays or priority shifts occurClients are expected to respond within a reasonable timeframe to ensure progress continues smoothly.Communication channels include:Discord DMsTwitter DMsEmailOther agreed-upon methodsResponses may take a few days depending on the Artist’s workload or availability, as updates are often prepared alongside progress.Clients must provide all necessary references, information, and assets before and during the process.
Failure to do so may delay the project.Rights, Usage & CreditsThe Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the Work, including but not limited to:Redistributing, reproducing, advertising, or displaying the Work on websites, social media, or portfoliosRepurposing unused design elements or concepts for future projectsUnless requested otherwise before the project begins, the Artist may post or stream parts of the process (e.g., on Twitter, Twitch, or YouTube).
A privacy fee will apply if the Client requests confidentiality.Client RightsClients are granted exclusive personal-use rights for the commissioned Work.
Personal use includes, but is not limited to:Social media icons, banners, or layoutsStreams or broadcastsWallpapers, personal websites, or printed items for private useThe Client may not:Edit, alter, or modify the Work without permissionUse the Work for any AI generation, NFT, or blockchain-related purposesRequest further revisions after final deliveryTransfer or resell rights to a third partyCommercial or resale use (e.g., monetized streams, merchandise, videos, or promotional material) requires a separate commercial license and must be discussed prior to payment.Violation of these terms (especially AI, NFT, or resale use) will result in blacklisting and possible legal action.CreditThe Client must credit the Artist clearly and visibly in public usage, using one of the following:Twitter:

The Client may choose to pay:50% upfront and 50% before delivery, orFull payment upfrontPayment plans may be available upon discussion.Each Work-in-Progress (WIP) preview will be watermarked until the final payment is completed.
Invoices are sent with agreed-upon due dates — please do not send unsolicited payments without prior notice.Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in project cancellation and forfeiture of your slot.CancellationsClient-initiated cancellations before work starts incur a 20% cancellation fee.Once work has begun, refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.If the Artist is unable to complete the Work due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be offered based on the amount of progress made.Additional NotesAll prices are listed in USD and paid via PayPal, Stripe, or another approved method.Prices may vary depending on complexity.All commissions are digital goods — no physical items will be shipped.Chargebacks are not permitted. Refunds follow the policy above.A 15% tax fee will be applied to cover self-employment tax obligations.Business ClientsFor businesses, agencies, management groups, or organizations, please contact the Artist directly to discuss licensing, usage rights, and pricing.AgreementBy commissioning the Artist, the Client confirms that they:Are at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian’s consent), andHave read and agreed to all terms listed in this documentThis agreement becomes effective upon the first inquiry, transaction, or communication related to the commission.If you got to this point I really appreciate you reading through my TOS, thank you!Last updated: October 28, 2025

◦You will receive all the motion files for the model. .cmo3 will not be included.
◦Commercial rights for streaming, social media, and online content creation are included for individual clients. Resale not included.
- Additional Fees -
The design complexity fee is 20-50% of the base price. An additional design fee may be applicable for second outfits and hair. The bundle only accounts for the base price; add-ons will be added accordingly per art and rig.
For explicit NSFW Commissions, an additional fee may be applicable, please contact me for more details.
Clients must account for an additional 15% surcharge of the total price.
